Included In Both Plans

• Check System for proper Refrigerant charge

• Check Compressor and fan amps

• Clean Equipment's exterior

• Check Capacitors

• Check Contactor Points

• Brush out Electrical Cabinet

• Check all caps and valves for proper seals and fit

• Check Blower Amps

• Check Heat Strip amps, circuit components, and safeties

• Check Evaporator coil for cleanliness

Liquid Clean in place if possible - Additional charge may apply if coil needs to be removed

• Check blower wheel for build up

• Check all electrical connections and wires

• Check Defrost controls (If Applicable)

• Check temperature splits

• Lubricate all moving parts (If Applicable)

• Flush and vacuum drain line, drain pan, evaluate drainage

• Check final performance and advise on any necessary repairs or improvements

(Maintenance plan covers ONE (1) complete system, multiple complete systems require additional maintenance plan)
